Our latest project is a back-to-brick rebuild of a mid 1800's property which still had original horsehair plaster over wooden lath. The property had deteriorated and was structurally unsound. We installed a number of remedial measures, including crack-stitching, wall reinforcement, replacement of rotten timers, and installation of a cavity damp proofing system. We removed the chimneys, moved the stairs to the other side of the house, and replaced the roof along with all the floors. A gas boiler and underfloor heating were installed, along with a new water supply. The entire property was completely rebuilt, save for the external walls, and is now a successful AirBnB.
